Warranty & Return Policy
Please fill in the form on the Product Returns page to obtain an RMA number.
Dometek will replace incorrectly supplied or defective items, or refund the cost of the item according to the following conditions:
- All items must be checked and tested upon receipt.
- If you receive an incorrect or non-functional item you must contact Dometek within 30 days after shipment to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA).
- All returns must include a written explanation of the problem, the RMA number and a copy of Dometek’s invoice or packing list.
- Returns will not be accepted if they arrive more than 14 days from the date of the RMA being issued.
- Returns will not be accepted unless the items are in their original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted if they are shipped by freight collect or C.O.D. methods. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds or replacements will not be issued if any security or warranty void labels have been removed from the item, or tampered with.
- A pro-rata charge of up to 100% will be made for items that are returned incomplete, abused or damaged by the customer.
- Any item returned due to a customer ordering incorrectly will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Any item returned without a RMA number will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
