Shipping Methods:
We offer various shipping methods, dependent on the location of the item and your shipping address. We try to give all our customers a choice of express or economy shipping wherever possible. All possible methods will be listed when items are added to your shopping cart. You may also choose to have items shipped using your own TNT / UPS / DHL / FedEx account.

What are the Shipping Charges?
The shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process, dependent on your shipping address, shipping method and the total weight of your order. At this time you have the choice to change your shipping method and/or address.

Re-Shipment Of Orders
We will charge shipping and possible handling costs for items purchased should the item have to be shipped an additional time due to an error in the shipping address provided by the buyer. This charge will also occur if additional shipping is required because the package was either refused or undeliverable to the listed address. Please avoid listing P.O. Box addresses since most carriers do not deliver to those addresses.

Damage During Shipment
It is your responsibility to check the shipment for damage upon delivery and inform the delivery agent immediately. Dometek will not recognize any claim for items damaged during shipment without confirmation from the shipping company. You must inform Dometek about damaged items within 2 working days of receipt of the shipment.
