INA Radius Precision Guide Rail
- Assembly consists of the following 5 components:
- Inner convex side (to be fixed to base, part has counter sunk bolt holes)
- Curved needle bearing cage
- Annular center segment (moveable, part has 4 threaded holes M8 x 1.25 to install whatever assembly that needs angular alignment)
- Curved needle bearing set
- Concave outer side (to be fixed to base, part has counter sunk bolt holes)
- Overall dimensions: 166 mm wide, 100 mm high, 20 mm thick
- Center of circle is approximately 20 cm above straight edge of part 1.
- Parts marked as INA-HYDREL H2 M 30x20x166 Bogen Q10 2SX and 31x20x166 Bogen Q10 2SX
- Previously used for angular alignment of screen print head on rotary index table. Weight of print head was over 60 pounds.
