• Previously used as an infeed conveyor between 2 injection molding machines and a Steag DVD2200 DVD production system.
• Transports 2 product streams from 2 molding machines on 2 parallel, yet slightly offset belts.
• 44 substrate carriers on both sides.
• Overall Dimensions: 330 cm long, 40 cm wide, 37 cm high. No feet included
• Estimated weight: 350 lbs
• Complete with belt tensioning unit
• Designed for cleanroom application. Made entirely of aluminum profile and non-magnetic stainless steel. (We found 2 pieces of magnetic steel in the belt tensioning assembly).
• Air distribution plenum below the transport plane with 2 infeed flanges. Air is ducted up and blows from the side, or can also be used for suction.
• Additional air / vacuum connection to the center of the 2 parallel tracks
• Complete with one optical sensor for each side to check part presence on the 2 parallel tracks
• Year of manufacture: 2003.
• Last operated in 2013
• Belts are in like new condition, must have been replaced shortly before the production unit was dismantled in early 2013.
• Made in Germany

Please note, this transport system does not have its own drive. It is driven by an external motor (not included) via a timing belt (included). Also included is a matching timing pulley. All you need to add is a suitable motor. Add a matching VFD and you can operate the conveyor system at any speed you like.
