Pick and Place Manipulator with dual 90 degree rotary movement

  • 90 degree rotary movement around vertical axis
  • 90 degree rotary movement on shaft axis
  • Previous application: Removing plastic substrates from the extended take-out arm of an injection molding machine. Substrates are presented in vertical orientation and held by vacuum cups. Manipulator then swings out by 90 degrees and places the substrates down with horizontal orientation
