• This part was built for a clean room application. Materials are aluminum and stainless steel.
• Previously used as intermediate handling system to transfer optical discs (CD/DVD) from primary take-out to conveyor system.

• Number of motions: 3
• 1^st motion: lateral move, max 30 mm to pick part by small SMC cylinder
• 2^nd motion: 135 degree rotation to flat lay down position. Kuhnke cylinder
• 3^rd motion: 90 degree twist to change orientation of part from vertical to horizontal by Kuhnke cylinder.

• Length of handling arm: 19” = 482 mm
• Baseplate dimensions are: 40 cm x 48 cm x 61 cm high
• Net weight: 150 lbs
• Unit has auto switches for all pneumatic cylinders.
• Complete with Schmalz vacuum switch type VS-V-A-PNP
• Complete with battery of 6 Bosch pneumatic valves (type 0820 044 051 (2) and 0820 044-055 (6))
• Complete with pneumatic reservoir (made of stainless steel)
